Didn't know really what to search so apologies if this has been covered already.
Yes, I could get a smart cap or the ARE canopy that actually IS load bearing, but in pretty happy with the current one and I hate selling shit to buy up. So not interested in that feedback...I already know about those options.
Has anyone seen or used an "exo-rack" for a truck canopy? As in, a rack that mounts to the bed like a normal full height RTT rack, but followsb the exterior contour of the truck canopy. My youngest daughter is obsessed with sleeping in the back of the "Beep" with the Pittman mattress and I'd love to find some sort of load bearing exo rack so I can load a RTT for my wife and I, and my 270° awning on it. We love towing the Rpod but sometimes we just wanna go wherever we want.
Just curious before my gears start going and I look at fabbing something.
