Do you have yours connected to the the USB ports below the radio, or in the console? I know I've had performance issues with the console port in the past, so I wonder if this would work there.

Console. But I’ve never had issues with them though, even when connecting my phone to them for wired CarPlay.

Makes me wonder how they messed this up. Only thing I can think of is bandwidth/chip for that port or grounding issues. I can't use it for more than a few minutes.
