Carpet removal

Removed my carpet for beach use. Much easier to clean up but this JT is more of a PIA than previous Jeeps (been Jeepin for over 25 years —M-38A1- never had carpet, YJ was a quick process, JKU was a little bit more involved). Seem like I might put thugs back in, in the fall when I go back to hard top.

Anyone have a how to with pics how I can remove the front carpet? Seems to be stuck under the air ducting in front? carpet removal san antonio

Around the feet of seats, u need to split at the seam. Hard to see at first, but it's there. Feel around for where it snaps in as well. Tricky first time around, but doable. Lil easier every time after that. Can't remember if start with front or rear first. Rest of it tucks under the plastics.

Sounds like ur just hung up, or didn't unsnap somewhere. Try to feel around. Air duct shouldn't be in the way.
