I’m looking to install a Fire Stick on the passenger side of my bed up front. I then have a Midland 75-822 that I need to connect to. How is everyone getting the coax cable into the cab? Thanks

Since I have an auto, I routed mine under the cab and came in through the firewall where the clutch pedal would go for a M/T. For me that was the simplest and easiest to service later if I needed to.

Another option is to go in under the vent flats on the back of the cab behind the rear seats, and route it through the interior. Only problems here are the increased work of interior wire routing and the fact that it will hold that vent flap open slightly at all times. But it's definitely a workable option.

thanks for the response. I think I will go through the vent flaps you are talking about. I can see them between the cab and the bed. Do I need to remove the interior plastic panel to get access to them?

Yes, on the passenger side, they are directly behind the bluetooth speaker dock, drivers side should be behind the storage shelf.

To get a nice straight run into the vents, the large plugs in the front bed wall are close enough to go straight through into the cab.

I went through the vent flap but I put a loop of cable down so any water wouldn't run along the cable and into the cab.
