I made the bumpers, both front and rear, out of a piece of 6x6 1/4 wall square tube. Split it down the middle and drilled/cut holes for mounting bolts and fog lights. Welded in the d ring mounts.
If I did it again I would probably use 3/16 wall as it is heavy.

You did an awesome job….do you happen to have the detail drawings of the front bumper build. I want to get this made but don’t want to remove the bumper for the 2-3 weeks that my welder dude would need it.

Sorry, no real drawings as I just had a vision in my head what I wanted it to look like and made it happen. I do have the front bumper off my Gladiator, swapping to a factory style metal bumper, I picked up an MP concepts aluminum version. I can grab some measurements to give an idea what it needs to be.
