All parts are in...Thank you @Clayton Off Road for the help with shocks and making such a stout setup. @darkhorse13 brought me the rear springs from Colorado to Missouri...you’re awesome!
The build is going down this weekend!
Decided to open everything up and do an inventory on all parts today because the roost screws for the Falcon shocks went AWOL.
No biggie...I’ll pick some up later. Very happy and very fortunate.

More updates to come!

How much lift are you shooting for?
Are you going with LCA relocation brackets?

How long did it take to get the rock jock carrier bearing spacer in? Cant find any in stock anywhere.

Springs are Clayton 2.5
Yes EVO LCA relo brackets are going in as well
RockJock spacer I got from NorthRidge 4x4 but that well over a month ago... maybe more.

Subscribed!!! Can't wait to see it my friend :) Be sure to turn those Falcon shafts to "Soft" and don't look back. You've got such a fun project ahead of you!

I forget, are you also going to run a spare 37" under the bed?

Curious to whether the spare 37” would fit up under the bed actually.
It is something I am going to attempt to try for sure. I do have a spare matching rim awaiting on a tire.

Update
So I have been taking my time with this build. I had the front 1/2 way done, minus the short-arm’s when I decided to go back and add Teraflex .50” inch spacers to front springs. I had them from my previous 2020 rig.
My reason for adding these Teraflex spacers is to take out the rake. I don’t really want any rake at all...rather it level.

Interesting find. I had Teraflex spacers lying around that were used in my 2020 JT. When attempting to use the same spacers in my 2021 JTR, I found some intriguing differences.
The rubber in upper front spring isolator on the 21 JT is stiffer and it seems to have a dense plastic at it core. Unlike the 2020 JT the front spring isolater and Teraflex spacer won’t mate up the 2021 JT with some help. Even cutting the 2 little nubs had its challenges because there is plastic in the core

Pic should show the details.

Additionally the front end is almost complete. Ii have to wrap up centering pillows
the street
Preliminary measurements from
top of front bumper
Stock 29.25”
JT with spacer 35.75”
Or 35.25” with out.
Mind you this measurement were taken useing the top corners of my steel bumper as fixed point.

11-24-2020 Finished pics to come:

The build took me about 40 hours over the course of 3.5 days all by myself. This Clayton 2.5 overland lift although certainly not for beginners is pretty straight forward from where I see it but my add-ons complexed the situation. Because of the extras, I took my time the entire way as relaxed as possible to ensure I wasn't missing anything.

This is relatively a COR Overland plus, minus COR swaybar end-links and track-bars.
You will see in the pics that I went with Teraflex front & rear sway bar end links because they are more like OEM in design.
I also used a Synergy front track bar, and for the rear I went with EVO track bar relocation bracket.

I love how stout these Clayton arms are...especially the lowers...this is a great kit with beefy hard parts.

You won't be able to tell, but I the wheelbase is right like stock. The lower arms front and rear are near or at stock length after adjustments to gain proper castor.

1. For the front I used EVO front relocation brackets, and Teraflex 0.5" spacer kinda through the base numbers off but the UCAs were really close to Clayton suggestions so it came full circle in the end.
2. The rear was thrown off by the use of the Rockjock4x4 carrier bearing bracket. Again more adjustments made with the rear UCAs, but the lower arms were at almost stock wheel base.

I say all of this to let folks know that introducing parts to a already well stablished kit is not for a novice.

Otherwise, I had no major set backs to speak of. The EVO stuff needed a little re-finishing, sanding or painting. the Clayton parts were perfect.

You mean 38's? 37's should already fit under there with only a few exceptions. I have a 37" Nitto Trail Grappler that runs pretty true to size that fit fine with the track bar before I removed it. Granted it was close, but still cleared it.
