Completed the install for Clayton 2.5 ride right lift kit with fox 2.0 shocks. They did include 3.5 springs for the front to compensate for the weight of the diesel engine. Pretty easy install about 3.5 hours in all. I was worried about the upper control arm bolt on the passenger side but it did come out without having to cut the bolt. Everything lined up pretty well and quality is noticeable compared the the stock components. I did not reinstall the 1.5 teraflex leveling kit or the rear .75 leveling kit and gained about 2.5 inches front and 2 inches in the rear. I like the stance and looks correct with the 35s. Top photo is with leveling kit bottom is clayton lift kit.

I did install both the front and rear track bars. They are much heavier then stock. I will have to adjust the front track bar just a little more than what was listed in the instructions by about 1/4 inch to the pass side. It was a fun install and was expecting it to be a all day event. Watching several youtube videos on how to install really helped. It definitely drives smoother and soaks up the bumps on the road. I dont go wheeling but do go to the beach in fort fisher and cape lookout so will look foward to see the difference then.

How did you get that upper control arm bolt out? This actually has me a little worried I was going to get the 3.5 in overland plus for the 38s I have specifically because I have heard people say Clayton ran tall but your only getting 2.5 out of the 3.5 springs?

The weight of the diesel sags the 3.5 down.

I had the leveling kit on before the install so if you count that its 1.5 plus 2.5 to net around 4 inches. I took the measurements after install and it settled about 1/4 inch but i havent remeasured yet. The UCA bolt on the pass side was not bad. You have to take the bolt off on the axle side first then when you have the frame side bolt almost off you have to gently move the arm and push bolt with a screw driver and it came out. Or you can cut it and just have a bolt on stand by. When i ordered my kit i asked them for a bolt and they sent one with the kit. Hope this helps

Awesome man I really appreciate it. Totally makes more sense now that you explained the leveling kit. I'll remember to ask for another bolt just in case.

Thanks again.
