Hello all. I’ve been having this clicking noise coming from my front end when at full turn (both directions) or near full turn. I had the dealership look at it very quickly while I was there for the power steering recall and he thought it was ti-rods. Other people have also mentioned ball joints, wheel bearings and u-joints. Ball joints seem fine, U-joint caps look fine and all the diagnostic tests for both I’ve done still have me scratching my head. It’s a 2021 AEV with 37” tires there is no rubbing.

Had this happen to me with my previous Gladiator (‘21 Overland). Several skid plate bolts were loose. Checked them all - torqued them down and the clicking went away. Clicking only would happen during full turns.

Thank you. I saw several other posts about the same thing. I should have done a search first but in my previous forums I have never been able to find what I was searching for.
