@vegas_rubi, how often are you going to go off-roading on serious terrain that requires you to air down for better traction? I ask because a powertank setup is expensive. you may be better off buying a compressor.

Even a DIY setup ‘can’ be problematic. Valves and regulators can freeze up. The tank needs to be certified or many places won’t fill it with CO2. So make sure you do your research before doing it. It IS doable, I just think you’d do better with a compressor.

I have a stupid question ..... for ease of airing would it not be better to use regular air instead of nitrogen?
