That is Schubarth loop. It's pretty easy with one technical spot and nice views.
Friday I have to take a buddy to the airport in Denver and I will be heading up at 1:30.
Next week, yes. Wheeling would be amazing.
Ever been to Ram Off road park in CS? Curious if it’s worthwhile.

I have not and I am torn. I mean how much cool stuff can we do for free? Lots.
Kinda where I’m at, just been curious for a real review of the park. I can’t imagine not just driving out to the mountains to wheel ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Exactly. I'll pack a cooler and take the kids for lunch above the AFA or to Palmer Lake 2 off Balanced Rock Road. I'd like to know our local trails really well.

For some reason, I can't text you (anyone) pics @DocMike. I have this going on now:

Jeep Gladiator Colorado or Front Range Gladiator owners 20210719_180538

The above winch install bits are from here
and I ordered some Shrockworks Sliders that will be here in a few weeks.

That is on the list, man. Did you go synthetic or steel?

Synthetic. I wanted a 12S, but no one has them in stock (and I didn't want the Platinum)

Can anyone tell me a bit about this trail and how a gladiator on 35s might do?

Headed to the area this next week and have time for a trail or two.

Im interested in seeing what people say. I have a stock Gladiator Rubicon and this looks like a nice trail... Would be my first 6-6/10 trail.

Trailsoffroad has the following to say.

From the video it does not look hard at all...

Technical Rating: 6-6
( DIFFICULT )

Rocky or undulated road surface. Potential rocks less than 36" tall and/or vertical ledges less than 36" tall and/or near vertical ledges or waterfalls less than 84" inches. Tire placement becomes more difficult. Can be steep and off-camber.

My friends own Pollard Jeep in Boulder and they are also accommodating to modified Jeeps. Hell they sold me my JT with the lift and 35's already installed as a dealer package.

Good to know! i live in COS and bought my soft top JTRD from Pollard! Who knew BOULDER (of all places) would have a diesel Gladiator? Was VERY happy with the buying experience! 👍
