Connectivity issues between gladiator and cellphone

I can no longer connect my Samsung galaxy android phone to my 2021 Gladiator Rubicon infotainment module in the dash. I use Google Maps as well as playing music via Pandora. The Jeeps infotainment screen says "device not supported". However, if I'm listening to Pandora and start the Jeep, Pandora stops as if it's trying to connect. I have tried re-pairing the two but it didn't accomplish anything. I deleted Uconnect from my phone and reinstalled it. Neither corrected the problem. Two separate Jeep dealers claim the infotainment system in the Jeep is functioning correctly and is up to date as is my Samsung Android phone.
Has any Jeep owner experienced this and if so how did you correct it?

Silly suggestion- delete the jeep from the phone and delete the phone from the jeep. Start over and re-pair again. That normally fixes it

I have to turn off blue tooth and plug my android phone into the USB C port to get things to work correctly. I have a 2020.
It doesn't work well on Bluetooth but just great plugged in.

I have to use the USB C connection.

Sometimes it is just the USB C cable. The cable that came with my phone works in one orientation and just gives Device not supported and constantly starts and stops charging in the other orientation. Your best bet is to try a different cable as they are not all created equal. Also, the wireless android auto dongles are pretty handy as well.

If you have it plugged in with a cable, it's either the cable or the port on your device. Had the same issue and turns out my port was gunked up pretty bad.
