Just curious what everyone is running for bump stops. They are surprisingly expensive for something that is literally just a spacer. I saw the ones from Rock Krawler, front and rear, for $119. And it looks like the front one is adjustable by 1" increments. https://www.morris4x4center.com/roc...WrZcUm9ck21h83oQ71ROHpeonY5M16a8aAokjEALw_wcB

Generally speaking how tall of a bump stop extension is needed with 35"s?

Any other more cost effective options?

Thanks, somehow I had overlooked those. Seems like a good option. I just looked at the instructions. It was the Teraflex ones are 3.72" in the front, and 4" in the rear. Any idea how that compares with the factory ones?
the front factory according to the specs on quadratic are 4”. I can’t find the specs on the rear.

You can buy 6 hockey pucks on eBay for $15. Drill holes through each one, insert a carriage bolt with an anti-turn washer, and a washer and nut on the bottom. You now have a set of 1”-3” adjustable bump stop spacers for only $20. I’ll post pics of mine this weekend.

Just got my teraflex 1.5 spacer and the teraflex front bump stops installed. I took a picture of the factory vs teraflex and also popped out the rear bump stop and took a picture for ya to compare. Looks like both are .25 over factory. Hope that helps

My Teraflex rears didn’t want to stay in. I had to use RTV to get them to stay. I’ll be putting the fronts in tomorrow, but hopefully they fit snugly.

Interesting, mine fit really snug. The fronts went in a little easier but I don’t believe will have any problem staying put. Let me know how yours turn out.

Interesting. It doesn't really seem like the Teraflex ones are extended much. Seems like a lot of lifts include 2-3" bump stop extensions. Though I'm not sure exactly how much is needed to keep the tires out of the fenders.

Theirs aren’t designed to be used in lieu of extensions. They market them as being “progressive”, and doing a better job than the factory parts. I bought them because one of my factory rears fell out somewhere on a hard trail, sometime after the associated sway bar link pulled away from its bushing...

+1. Renegade is Correct. With the teraflex 1.5 spacer kit, there is a 1” bump stop spacer for the bottom of the front lower springs.

Thanks for the pictures. What size tire are you running? Was 2" enough to keep the tire out of the fender?

Did you do anything for the rear?

I’m running a hybrid lift, but it’s 2” front and 1.5” rear. I have 2” bump stop extensions in the front, and modified rear inner fenders. 37” tires and no rubbing.
