Amazon lights. Dirt Road Cred did a video on multiple tail lights and these are shown on there.

Ya, the ones they liked the best had a cool startup sequence. I bet those don't last either. The basic cheap ones do? Things didn't used to be this way 👎

I kind of like the stock tall lights. They kind of look like they belong on a Jeep.
Looks wise I agree. But in the desert they get destroyed when going off pavement.

The Oracle taillights was the first thing I bought for my Gladius. I ordered them while in the waiting room at the dealer, while they were washing my new vehicle. I really liked the way they looked, and that they are a quite different look from everybody else's JT.
In less than a year, the right one failed. I noticed this because as I was turning Left from a busy street, the car behind me was turning sideways, almost hitting me!
The Oracle replacement arrived in less than two weeks after I contacted them and met their requirements for replacement.
As I installed the new one, I stepped back to look, and my eye travelled up the vehicle to the mirrors...I saw why the factory taillights look the way they do. But, at the price I paid, and they do not give refunds, I decided to keep using the Oracle taillights. Now, 7, 8 months later, about two years after purchase, the left one died. I emailed Oracle. Their Ai reply was that my tail lights are now out of warranty (quoting the date and all), and telling me that I can purchase a new left one at a small discount. Naa. I'll stick to my factory tail lights, that are square and kinda match the mirrors.
But, they were quick to respond, friendly, understanding. Call them and explain your situation, then decide.

I do like their extra backup lights. I highly recommend them! They work great, and are bright. They plug & play with the factory lights same as the Oracle lights. They fit in the rear bumper in a normally dead space. Its quite a good idea.

I get that Oracle has great customer service, but a bad product is a bad product no matter how great their service is. They clearly know they have faulty products yet they do nothing to change it.

Had the oracle flush tailights on my gladiator for 4 months. Noticed the passenger side brake light does not work. Everything else does. I emailed oracle and have a picture. Is it worth the hassle to get a replacement or should I get something else?
Our customer support team should help you out with that. If you haven't already, please take a moment to fill out our online warranty request here: https://www.oraclelights.com/RMA and someone from our customer service department will be in contact with you shortly. Thank you!

I will say oracle has been very prompt in their response. Hopefully the replacement will last longer.

Before I bought the lights I had read about issues with them. I was hoping I wouldn't have any but here we are. I hate the factory lights. They look like 2 warts the way they stick out. Just wanted to know if the people who had problems with the lights were able to get good customer service or ended up getting something else.
Agreed, I totally hate the look of the factory tail lights. That’s why I went with the Oracle version.
I totally agree with thunderspud. I have nothing but good things to say, about Oracle‘s Customer Service. The vector grills had issues with their DRL‘s. They sent me a new pair of the DRL‘s, but eventually they went bad. Next, they replaced the whole grill. I just had to swap out my headlights.
Then came the tail light issue. They replaced those as well. Their responses were quick and painless. I got the new lights, in just a few days. The only design flaw I see in the tail lights, is the small gap, where the light presses up against the jeeps body. The small gap remains, on the new version. That’s why I took the advice of fellow jeepers on this forum and bought the weatherstripping/trim, that goes around the light and fills in the small gap.
I have several of Oracle‘s products, in addition to the grill and tail lights. Haven’t had any problems with The side markers, sidekick turn signals, foot well lights or rear bumper back up lights/reflectors.
I have to say, that the grill and tail lights, were well out of warranty and yet, they still replaced the items, with very little effort, on my part. In my mind, that’s a company that stands with the customer and behind their products.

I bought a set of Oracle flush mount for my gladiator in Sept ‘23. I just had a failure on one side. @ORACLElights was prompt with an email but mentioned I was out of warranty after sending the original receipt and photos.
They offered a discount to buy ONE replacement ($219 + tax & shipping) or a discount to buy a whole new set that comes with a new warranty. ($438.99 + tax but free shipping)
The discounted price is more than I spent for the original set! ($377)
And what good does a new warranty do if the failure happens again outside of the one year warranty.
Pretty frustrating to drop $400 bucks for a product that looks good but fails.
Looks like I’ll be looking at Amazon or reinstalling the factory uglies.

How many people have good things to say about Oracle's customer service? That would leave me to believe that same number of people had to call their customer service. Why?. You may want to think "Something Else".
