Had the oracle flush tailights on my gladiator for 4 months. Noticed the passenger side brake light does not work. Everything else does. I emailed oracle and have a picture. Is it worth the hassle to get a replacement or should I get something else?

Are you asking for folks to provide a recommendation based on their experience/quality of the light?

Or just asking in a general sense?

I, for one, have never seen the appeal of the design of those lights. I am not a fan of them visually. That said, I'm not a fan of most aftermarket bits that people bolt to their vehicles, so I am not exactly in the majority here.

I have nothing but good things to say about Oracle's customer service. They ask for some key information, but once provided, they were quick to send me replacements under warranty. I would give @ORACLElights a shot to address your issues.
Thats good to know thanks Jeepmonster.

Before I bought the lights I had read about issues with them. I was hoping I wouldn't have any but here we are. I hate the factory lights. They look like 2 warts the way they stick out. Just wanted to know if the people who had problems with the lights were able to get good customer service or ended up getting something else.

I have a buddy who loves his. He has went through two sets I believe, but he has nothing but good things to say about the company even after the replacement process. If you're happy with them, that's all that matters really. Good luck.

I had the Oracle taillights on my previous Gladiator, and they failed right around the end of the warranty period. I have them on my current Gladiator, and I, too, love the looks of them, but if these fail, I will likely shop for something else.

Back in 22 I had an issue with a tail light. It wasn't an LED related issue but they did send out a passenger side replacement. I sold the truck in 23 so I don't have any experience if they are still working. I have been debating on purchasing a new set for the one I recently bought though. I do like the flush style though and there are not many "flush style" options out there. I do see advertisements for Sunpie flush mounts for the Gladiator but have no experience with them.

Oracle customer service is quite good. I had the customary right taillight fail, and they shipped a replacement in a week.

I liked my Oracle rear flush taillights. The backup lights are very bright. But when one failed, I went a different direction. The cheap Amazon led taillights are still working. IMO the Oracles are too expensive to not last 5+ years without issues.

I was also looking at the cheap amazon tailights and headlights. Most people say they work well. With even one review mentioning oracle as junk.

I have them and had a failure. Nothing but top notch service when I contacted them. Sometimes parts do fail its the nature of the beast when you upgrade, its the service received if they do that matters and Oracle was spot on.

Have run on the 21 Mojave since these came out.. Had to Jscan to set system to LEDs from Halogens.. opinions to belly buttons.. everyone has one. As far as reviews, an unhappy will tell 11, a happy will tell 3.. data on this was from the import mfgs in the late 80s.. doubt it changed toward the good with the explosion of social media and smartphones.

I had one of the earlier revisions that had failed. Oracle sent me a replacement right away. I had bought an extended 3 year warranty, and I didn’t have to use it.

I don’t like the way the OEMs look. Oracle lights look sharp. The reverse light is bright and when the bumper mounted reverse lights are added, it's like having headlights in the rear.
