Some quick comments:

The synergy front coils were advertised at 2", but on a Rubicon, and the Teraflex rear spacers were advertised at .75", but I added Rubicon coils. I am working on the final calcs but I definitely got alot more lift then advertised.

Despite this, my 315/70/17 tires still rubbed the front bumper, badly, when steering was at full lock either backwards or forwards. We removed the front bumper wings to create extra clearance. This should answer the question if 35's will fit on a stock Sport without trimming (NO).

The Rubicon rear coils appear slightly taller and much beefier as compared to the Sport rear coils they replaced. This coil/spacer combo did not require any shock or link extensions in the rear.

Total time for install was just over 2 hours.
I wonder why it's rubbing. I know of at least 3 people around here who added 2" spacers to the front and 1" spacers to the rear and they are running two are running 315 70 17 BFGs without running at full lock both ways. That seems weird that's it rubbing. When I added mine I trimmed my bumper Foglight covers right at the bottom and it didn't rub but if I would of waited and until I added the 2.5" lift I positive it would of not rubbed.

Jeeze, what kind of friggin melvins do they have working there???
Its a franchise goodyear shop, they've been doing my tire work for some time, this is their first screw up, so I'm gonna cut them some slack. But they should have caught it while balancing out the wheel.

Nobody, probably anywhere, is using my exact frankenlift (copyright @Alabama Mud Machine). So either it's something unique with my setup (height >2", -4 offset) or whomever claims "they fit" doesn't have a stock sport bumper

You would have thought he would have heard that metal socket bouncing around in there against the metal wheel...

No one's claiming it, I've saw it with my own eyes. Stock bumper and 2" leveling kit installed on all 3. Talked to them at a cruise in 2 weeks ago. 2 of the 3 running 315 70 17 BFG KO2s and the other was 35x12.5-17 kumho tires. This is the kit they are running. They said they helped each other install them, I think all in with alignment they was at a little over $300. They had zero rubbing at full turn. I would of thought with the setup you installed there would be plenty of clearance.

Just a heads-up that Amazon is now offering the Poison Frog adjustable track bar for $99. I used this with my setup, at it's shortest settings, but it has been performing well and i hard to pass up at $99.

I'd be all over it but wing nuts, I'd rather have one you can adjust on the jeep rather than off. Never really heard of the brand either but it sounds like it's working well for ya. How hard was it to get everything lined up?

It's definitely a budget option, and from a Chinese manufacturer, but I compared it side by side to stock and it's the same quality, if not slightly better (and adjustable). The shop I used had no problems getting it lined up, but it was a 2 man crew, one under and one measuring. I've got about 1500 miles on it, just had it rechecked and it's still solid. I paid $150 for it just 1 month ago.
