Got mine for my 21 Gladiator Rubicon. They do the update on Friday... I have the back up vehicle (Toyota 21 TRD Pro Tacoma, yeah, I plan that stuff) ready.

Just got mine in the mail. Why does this not apply to the JL? Do we have a different PCM?

Brands that offer loaners as a matter of practice pay their dealers to put vehicles into their loaner fleet. I can only assume that FCA doesn't do that.

Its going to be problematic when the buyer of a $110,000 Grand Wagoneer is told that he is on his own. Especially since "luxury" makes with cars that cost much much less than our Gladiator, like Volvo, Acura, and Genesis, offer loaners.

The overall terrible dealer network was probably the biggest negative when I was considering buying my Gladiator.

The notice I got stated it's for the 3.6L engines. Mine was taken care of 11 days ago when I got the oil changed. Notice came in the mail a few days after. It didn't even take more than a couple minutes. It took longer for them to hook everything up than it did to flash the PCM. Right now, I have a little over 20k miles on mine and took delivery this past November.

I got the same notice. Question about Tazer, I didn't install it originally as it was done by the shop that did my gearing. So I am not sure about the wiring. When I unmarry and remove the Tazer, do the wires that are connected to Tazer need to be plugged back in somewhere or do I just leave them as they are and plug the Tazer back once the service is done?

Service done, so far no issues, took about 45 mins. Curious, those with problems AFTER the PCM update, did they happen immed at the dealer or possible down the road? Monitoring all electronics for any weird issues...

Got mine this week as well. 5000 KM, booked in for repair Tuesday next week.

Had the flash done today. Took about 20 minutes. So far no problems. Actually seems to shift better.

Did not see that, all those 7 pages which I haven’t read all through are specific to Z37? The CSN specifies a PCM software upgrade, no mention of the throttle body ‘fix’. Can somebody summarize? Thx

It's a rapid response transmittal, but they call it a "recall".

Yep the actual repair details says 'RECALL Z37' just the mailer softened it up as 'Customer Satisfaction Notification' LOL.

My documentation from today also states "Recall Z37". Doesn't seem to be a need to post a picture of it. A matter of semantics.
