Got this, sure sounds like a recall, PCM software update needed, 'this condition will cause your vehicle to have limited speed which will not exceed 25 MPH'. Anybody actually experienced this?

Just got my notice in the mail yesterday. My engine light came on last week but did not go into "limp" mode. Ran fine. Light was on for two days and then went off.

I have an appointment for Wed morning to perform the Z37 recall.

Wonder if this is mileage related, I'm just over 6100 on the odo. Will make appointment this week, certainly don't want any limp mode.

2,700 miles on mine. Don't want to get caught out there either.

I had mine in last Monday for my second Jeep Wave oil change (10,000 miles). I looked at the receipt and saw that they had performed the recall, which I had been unaware of.
On Tuesday, I got the same notice in the mail. I attached it to the service invoice and filed it.

i got my notice for the recall. Anyone know if i need to unplug my start/stop module ? don't need dealership giving me problems.

Wonder if anyone with aftermarket add-ons, tune, etc. should re-flash back to stock before addressing this. Thoughts?

Any tunes, under the dash plug ins like a Tazer needs to be removed.

Holy sh..t, I'm driving the cr@p out of mine. Oct 2021 delivery and I'm over 12k now. After the "tick" fix it's running great. The honeymoon was over for a while but in love again !

Just got mine yesterday...Not milage realted, I am still under 1,000 mi...If anyone has already had the upgrade, just wondering if we need to reset/reconfigure anything once we get the jeep back?

Did not see that, all those 7 pages which I haven’t read all through are specific to Z37? The CSN specifies a PCM software upgrade, no mention of the throttle body ‘fix’. Can somebody summarize? Thx
