Cutting off power to the fuel pump

Good morning everyone. I have a Gladiator 3.0 V6 Outlander version, in Italy the only version available. I would like to protect it from theft by cutting off the power to the fuel pump. I'm guessing the cable is between the ones that pass near the driver's feet and run under the doors, but I can't tell which one it is. Can any of you help me? Does anyone have a wiring diagram with wire colors?
