My 2021 non-Rubi, non-Mojave is not my DD, but I have a lot of time in the driver seat and quite a bit of time in the passenger seat too. 45k miles on the truck.

I don't care much for the seats for long rides.

Steering is fine. It requires a little more effort to keep straight than my F150, but it's nowhere near bad. I'm sure the 12.50 wide tires are not helping and I can't remember how it drove with stock tires.
" I'm sure the 12.50 wide tires are not helping" Taking notes and chuckling. NO Big tires, but definitely will be some KO2's on there in a year or so... The long trip seats comment seems to be out there for many... I've heard a few people noting that the Mojave's seem to have more comfortable seats... I guess for jumping sand dunes... It would be nice to be able to order them... I bet Recaro makes some no one can afford.

Does anyone use a jeep gladiator sport s or overland stock as a daily driver? If so what do you think about it? Mpg? Drive comfort? Anything you hate? Love?
I don't drive every day, but any day I drive I drive my '21 Gladiator Willys. I find the ride is great compared to my previous 2015 JK. The stock tires are a bit (OK a lot ) noisy and will be replaced when they tread out, or when I get a wild hair and just do it.

I used to dislike the ESS but have cured that, not a fan of a wire to get CarPlay but that too has been rectified.

Overall my experience has been positive. That all may change with the first time I have a battery issue.

Mine is my, "Daily driver," but I don't commute daily. So I suppose I'd be better calling it my Primary Vehicle.
Anyway, it's a '21 Sport S with just over 64,000 miles. Stock suspension & steering, and I've been running the Bridgestone Dueler AT tires until recently. I put on a set of Cooper Discoverer AT3, and while they're a stiffer tire, handling didn't change.
The only complaints I have are related to the UConnect (the steering wheel buttons don't always work, and other annoyances.)
I like the way it handles (I'm used to solid front axle & recirculating ball steering,) the ride is good for a truck, and I find the seats good for hundreds of miles a day. The coil spring rear suspension did take some getting used to...
I haven't towed anything substantial, but I do use the JT as a toad (towed behind my motorhome.)
I still smile when I'm behind the wheel.

Ahh, you mentioned it as a Toad. My wife promises to retire and she wants a Class C that will tow a toad. That's one reason I'm not keeping the Renegade present daily driver, it won't tow. But one of these will and for example, it would expand what we could do on a trip to Moab considerably even over the 2500 I tow with now. Glad to hear about the seats.

As an aside, if FCA had made Renegades towable, they would have sold another few million of them. If you ask Class A and C drivers, almost all of them at least looked at them, MANY wanted them when they were looking for toads... Most people towing Cherokees will say the same thing. Even Compasses (same underneath as Renegades). It was stupid imho as they did make one of the Fiat 500 variants able to be towed.

I DD a 2023 Mojave.

AEV/MetalCloak hybrid lift, Maxxis Razer MT 37x13.5 r17 and love it. Daily driving, wheeling or road tripping up to Maine a couple times a year...... Iove it and don't regret it,

Battery issue? Something I am unaware of?

The original batteries tend to only last 3-4 years, and all sorts of oddball things can go wrong as the batteries die. Lots of thread here about it.

Thanks. I have a Renegade with an almost six year old battery that will not die even after going through two winters below 30 degrees. It is amazing, but it hasn't done this willingly... But, no system issues because of it going out a couple of times before accepting reconditioning. Same with a Cherokee. Bad battery lasted two years, replaced with a Walmart special doing OK... All the electronics still function within acceptable parameters.

2020 Sport S 80K daily driver, replaced steering box with steel one at 7500 miles. I am happy with it. Longest trip was 750 miles to Key West pulling a 22 ft Center console boat. Doesn't ride like a luxury car but its a Jeep you have trade offs on every vehicle. I'm loading the dog, cooler, and surf rods in it for a day of surf fishing. It makes me happy.

RedFour5, many/most of the battery issues posted on this site deal with the two battery system used in Wranglers and Gladiators. No idea if they have them in the two models you have. Smaller battery is in a place that makes it hard to replace, and when it starts to go, can drain the main (bigger Battery).

I forgot about that little battery. Now I see.
