If your truck is under warranty I'd just buy an OEM filter online and save the receipt.

Couple weeks ago. i went in for my Jeep Wave oil change and tire rotation. Since I had 9,500 miles on the JT. I let them change the fuel filter too. Let them do the first one. I'll do the rest. They charged me $173 to do it. $68 for the filter and the rest in labor.
I know this is an older thread, but I thought I'd chime in anyway.

We are driving cross country in our new 23 diesel Rubicon. We knew we'd need our first oil change before we made it home, so we opted to get our first Jeep Wave oil change and tire rotation done at the closest dealer which was Steamboat Motors in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I wanted to have the fuel filter done, but they wanted $320+, $113 for the fuel filter, and the balance being labor and taxes. Sheesh. I will order filters and do it myself.

I should add that Steamboat Motors was very nice to deal with, and did a good job on the tire rotation and oil change. But their rate book says they need to charge an hours labor for the fuel filter change even though the truck was already on the lift. I've seen the YouTube videos and there is no reason for them to charge an hours labor to change the fuel filter.
