I think I used 16 gauge. I just turned it into a four link suspension system as I purchased the arms to be able to do that from Rock Krawler when I purchased the five link kit. I need to be able to drive the vehicle in the winter and was concerned about the Def freezing up here. Also my wife really didn't like driving it due to the articulation while driving on uneven roads and I still have a lot of warranty period remaining.

That’s surprising, most people say doing the four link setup improves on road driving. What was your experience like on road ?

Well it’s in. I temporarily remounted the def tank until one day it goes missing. Just hole sawed through the bed of truck, uncllipped the def injector line and wiring harness which had enough slack to not need any extension of wires/line. I’ll weld some brackets together at some point to hard mount it into the bed but for now it works. Only issue I’ve run into is a very slow def leak due to breaking the plastic clip that secures the line, the generic clips I’ve found at autozone don’t fit, if anyone know a clip that works let me know.

Quick little easy test wheel session. Definitely impressed with how the rear axle articulates more freely than before. Seems like the body stays more level as the rear is more free to articulate about.
