Display Themes

Just curious if anyone has a favorite theme they are using. I personally dislike the navigation and usually always use my google maps most because I like the big blue highlights for the route I’m taking and the Jeep system has a thin red line that blends in. I also find it hard to read the XM screen as the orange font blends in. Is there a display theme out of the 18 available that everyone uses?

LOL one screen but 18 different looks however the changes are very slight from one to the other and there does not appear to be any documentation regarding what is different.

I suspect most use the default setup and are unaware it can be changed. It worked for me, so I didn't hassle with it.

I used the NAV a lot for the first year when I got the truck in 2019. Google Maps and Android Auto is easier to use, and the road updates while driving are nice.

But I think there's no way to change the cluster screen theme as it is always like themes #2 #3 or #4…

All the busyness on screen is exhausting, I leave mine dark for weeks at a time.

It's probably a feature left in by the software developer that Jeep wasn't interested in. It's easier to leave it in and undocumented than to try and remove the code.

Way to many choices to not have something that you can use to narrow it down or even customize it. Of all the vehicles I have owned this display and layout is easily the worst .

The nav system is 100 times better than my wife's 2017 Grand Cherokee! But Google maps still updates WAY faster while driving.
I flipped thru the themes but found nothing too exciting, like Badweather said, the difference is so minor it's not worth looking at.

You need to check out the VW interface. It is intolerable. While Jeep may be busy it is fairly functional. VW doesnt even have a way to save sirus xm stations in a convenient way.

My guess is because I have the Willys Poors edition no special screens for me. It’s just black with gray, white, and orange sprinkled around. Im with you I just leave the screen off or leave it on the phone screen.

I like the green triangles because they match the pine forests that cover 90% of the peninsula.

Themes #2, #3 and #4 have triangles in different green and colors variants.
