Built mine today. Thank you for the initial post and directions!! I went 1/8” larger on most dimensions and added carpet to the places the pant and such will rub. came out great.

Kudos to @TheDerb for your design as well as your very accurate measurements. I put this together for my wife's Tuscadero Wrangler (aka her baby) went along and without test fitting - and happily found out everything fit... perfectly. I need to sand things down and going to add some carpet to protect the doors. But the cart fit my Gladiator doors perfect.

2025 Gladiator Mojito! Mojave X
Made a small change to the door cart. Added another 2x4 across the middle so the tube and another on the post to help keep the rear doors standing upright. Next I'm going to stand the corners down a bit and use some contact cement with some old carpet tile pieces, mostly for the protection of factory door pain
