your response makes no sense. Put a tape measure around a 37” tire at 35psi, assuming for conversation that it’s truly 37”. It will be 116.18” in circumference. Now deflate that tire to 25psi and take the same measurement. It will be the same. Regardless of how much flatter it is, the axle will rotate at the same speed. Dynamic radius is a real thing, but doesn’t affect axle speed when talking about the difference between 37” tires, and a temporary 33” spare.
