Search ACC plug.I was running some wire from the engine bay into the cab and saw this wire going to a plug that wasn't connected to anything.
It is located behind the drivers side cowl.
My glad is a diesel if that makes any difference.

It is a connector used by trucks equipped with the ACC/FCW system. It is one of the few that gets installed on every vehicle produced, whether needed or not.
