Well that should be interesting. I apparently need to eat a huge pasture raised, organic crow. Since I’m installing Evo 6.5 rear springs tomorrow. :)
I was wrong, with the 6.5" EVO springs and 40's my JT's height is 6' 11". My JKU was 7' 2", taller by 3" and could not fit in my garage. So yeah, it was not close at all  :CWL:

So we sort of went off topic here :CWL:

Going back on topic, would anyone know if there is a work around regarding the Rough Country TB coming into contact with my Synergy sector shaft brace? I read someone where someone grinded down his TB? But I don't know if I want to do that. Any ideas? If not I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy the Synergy TB.

Could let the air out of the tire or put the factory rims on it before backing out then stick the 37's back on 😂

I’ll just come up with another way to mount Starlink.

The carbon ones wont do the job. They will snap and piss you off, get cobalt or ??
I've drilled the knuckle on a JL and my JT with the same carbon steel bit without issues. It's still as good as new. Drilling wax and low speed are your friend. People try to run the drill at max rpms and then blame the bit.

Yep. Drilling metal works best with slow speed and pressure. My drill press is set on 250rpms.

Was the high steer preventative or did you have bump steer post lift?
Preventative mostly. It's been on a 2" AEV spacer kit and 37s since 1100 miles. Went to 3.5" springs and upgraded the steering at the same time around 28k miles. I want it to handle and ride as well as possible at freeway speeds in the desert. So far it's been amazing even at 100mph it's planted in the dirt. The rock krawler triangulated 4link rear kit made the biggest difference in ride. Then probably the front control arm drop brackets. The steering was just the next logical step.
