It’s just incredibly difficult to diagnose these type vibrations on the internet. Consider that there are hundreds (if not thousands) of us on here who have lifted JTs with no driveline modifications necessary. Why would this single Jeep require one? Seems to me that it is more likely that something is loose or damaged rather than it being a geometric problem.
My conclusion all along. This seems to be an isolated incident.

Well it sounds like the driveline angle should be good then. These other guys know Jeeps better than me so if that isn’t an issue and you have no vibration with the driveshaft out it may be the TC. At this stage I would just drop it at the dealer and say fix it. It is covered by warranty correct?
It still appears that his rear pinion is nose-down by 4.0º... This is not right. The pinion should never been pointing downwards. I wonder if the people who installed his lift put the front LCA's on the rear? Because this would push the rear axle nose-down because the longer lowers would cause it to cant, just like they're supposed to do on the front.

Does anyone know if this could be possible? I've never removed the LCA's and have no idea if this is even possible for them to fit in that location? I'm just trying to brainstorm at this point what COULD be causing it.

Could they have put the rear springs in the wrong side?

You also have to consider that the Jeep could have been on an incline/decline. The measurements should only be compared to each other, not necessarily against horizontal, unless the ground It was sitting on was verified to be perfectly horizontal.

Took a quick video of the carrier bearing play. Is this amount of movement normal?

Checked mine and I have similar play so I doubt that’s it. All signs seem to point to either an out of balance rear driveshaft or something with the transfer case.

I think I recall him saying that the driveshaft has been replaced. The thing I find odd is that he said he had no trouble until after the lift kit was installed. That just screams something wrong with the install especially since he says he hasn’t done any significant off roading and hasn’t bottomed it out at all.

@Gem1n1 take some photos of each corner of the suspension. Maybe something will stand out.

I wonder if the lift was torqued while the truck was still on the lift or jack stands instead of on the ground. I’ve seen that make for some bad suspension behavior.

ridge grapplers being installed tomorrow morning.
I am going to attempt having my new 37" km3s balanced by another shop in hopes of smooth high speeds......they were done by 4 wheel parts with balance beads.

Best of luck. I really wanted to keep my km3’s but they just wouldn’t balance out for me.

Ridge Grapplers installed and they went ahead and swapped the fuel wheels out with new ones just in case it may of been a wheel.

STILL VIBRATING

At the end of my rope here.

Did you replace that carrier bearing? It looks like a lot of play in that video...
