I have had my drivers side sway bar end link upper bolt/nut come loose about 5x. even with loctite and a ton of torque. I am going to put a washer and prevailing torque lock nut on them. I dont have a washer under this nut currently as the joint should "spin" in the end link.
I have had my driver's side sway bar end link upper bolt/nut come loose only 2x thus far (not 5x like you!). By the time I noticed it the second time, the threads are damaged beyond threadable. @Metalcloak what do you suggest to keep this specific nut from coming loose? Why would it come loose for this one bolt for both of us? I haven't checked if the gasser guys have been seeing this issue as well, but I'm definitely surprised to see this one nut just doesn't want to stay. Next thing I'll try is see if the factory rear sway links will bolt up to the front sway bar.

So I had an issues with my original swaybar links. I contacted directly to MC customer service. They sent me new swaybar links and when I installed them, I made sure to use lock tight…. Their customer service is awesome and easy to chat with. Please contact them directly

it’s because the end link is so hard to rotate. The balljoint on it is very difficult to turn. This resistance causes it to work the nut loose on rough fire roads and such. I’m going to be using a prevailing torque nut should fix it.

Took a 600 mile road trip in the Glad last week. You were correct about the springs, the more I drive it the smoother it rides.
