Electrical Issues - HELP!!

Thanks for all the great advice everyone. I put a new Aux battery in her today, put everything back to factory, and she started right up. I do have my "check engine" light on now, not sure why, but at least she is running again.

The CEL should clear on it's own, unless there's another problem somewhere. If it's still there in a couple days, have someone check the codes and see what's causing it.
