Check your fuse aray. It's in front of the fuse box. It has 4 or 5 nuts and one looks like it's missing. There are feuses connected to it.
The fuse array is also sometimes called the "Z-fuse".
He mentions that he has already tried that as well.

For his first thread, the OP really gave us a lot of good info on what his problem is, did some forum searching ahead of time, & what he has tried so far to remedy the issue .
He has tried everything that I would have to this point, & wish I was able to provide another avenue to try.

At this point he may have to just bite the bullet, return everything back to stock as suggested earlier, and take it into the dealer.

He said he already tried that.
Yeah it’s not super clear he did, and doesn’t sound like he did it correctly.
Yeah, "OldSarge". Already went that route.
Good deal - wasn't clear you replaced the main battery. As others suggested, I'd double check everything and make sure you removed the right ground wire. Electrical issues are tricky but with a multimeter and patience you should be able to track this down. My hope is that its nothing major.

Pictures of what you’ve got going on under the hood would also help… including how your lights and cb are wired up.
and charge both batteries before installing, maybe just got a bad battery for a replacement.

Did you check the canbuss behind the glove compartment. I did a video on my YT channel about a few things you can quickly check if you have issues before you buy new batteries.

You've checked everything that I had mentioned except I didn't see anywhere in this thread where you've checked the Canbuss. Maybe try taking a look at that and see what you got.

Okay. Where to begin. I have a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Headed to a buddies house the other day. Stopped at a stop light, Jeep Died. My buddy came out and we tried to jump start her, to no avail. I found out later, while waiting on the tow truck, that 'ol girl has two batteries, and that I probably screwed up trying to jump start her. From reading other post I have came to the conclusion that it was because of the AUZ battery being dead. Got her home, and now nothing works. No dome light, dash board, or anything. After reading more post, I bypassed the AUZ battery and pulled the F42 Ess Fuse, and taped off the ground cable. Bought a new main battery and hooked it up. Still no power anywhere. So back to the net... I find that the Z-fuse was blown, so order a new one. Fast forward to today. I get the new Z-fuse today, install it, and ... Nothing. Still no lights, dashboard, or anything. Am completely lost. I have checked that the main fuse box is seated and secure, and tested the other fuses.
I’d be wondering how you blew the Z fuse…

Okay, Just tested it. I have continuity to the chassis.
Tested! How? I would assume that you have a meter of some kind. You don't mention voltages at all. Do you have 12vdc, where do you have it? How about 12vdc at the fuse array.?

Charge the main battery and charge the aux battery. With the correct negative cable disconnected, you can charge the two batteries independently. Before reconnecting the aux ground, you can test the voltages independently. Let them sit for 15 minutes before checking the voltage. Check your voltage readings at the fuse array.

You may want to check the ground at the fender if you still have no power. Something is amiss if you have a new fuse array, new main battery and the aux isolated. We need more information as to where you have voltage and where you don't.

you may have seen this. If you ignore the "removed" notes and the "added" note, this will give you a baseline of the aux system wiring.

IF you are feeling froggy you can follow this diagram and remove all the extra crap.

Here's my updated diagram, you need power at N1 which supplies power to the system electronics. If there's no power at N1,l you'll have to troubleshoot why not. In the mean time, you can jump from the main battery positive terminal to N1 to see if that get's it started.

I had not checked that, but since you mentioned it I will check that 1st thing in the morning.

The only thing that I think I did to blow the Z fuse would have been trying to jump it without disconnecting the Aux Battery neg terminal.

Did you get the right Z fuse? there seems to be 2 flavors.

Yep. They are different depending on whether you have the high capacity alternator and cooling or not.

As was mentioned a couple of posts back, you need power to N1. When you do the (Aux delete), you are to remove the Aux Neg and pull the f42 fuse. If you intended to make sure the Aux was deleted and removed the Aux positive, you removed power to N1. Without knowing where you have power and where you don't, we are all guessing.

Thanks for all the great advice everyone. I put a new Aux battery in her today, put everything back to factory, and she started right up. I do have my "check engine" light on now, not sure why, but at least she is running again.

Yeah, I double checked that before ordering the new one.
