Curious if this has happened to anyone else, as I didn't see anything that seems to match. Hoping there there might be a fix.
A little backstory, last week I had the check engine light pop on, when I took it to the dealer they said that it had 46 stored codes thrown at the same time. However none of them were active, and they couldn't fix anything unless they knew what the problem was.
A few days pass without the light on, or issue. On my way to visit family for the Easter weekend my check engine light came on with a message about power steering, which I figured was due to my turning into a 50 mph cross wind for three hours. It still ran fine for ~30 miles until things got interesting. The first thing to happen was the power steering pump shut off, then every light on the dash and warning message started displaying on the gauge cluster. I turned the hazards on and headed for the side of the road, then the hazards would turn off and the wipers would turn on. The brake booster also seemed to turn on as the brakes became hyper sensitive, and the fan turned on full bore. On the side of the road the jeep would let me put it into park, but would lock me out of any subsequent gear changes and the engine would start sputtering. The push button would not let me turn off the jeep. I would have to wait for it to die, or miraculously everything would quit acting up, and let me power the jeep down. This occurred 5-6 times before I was able to meet up and be trailered to a dealer.
This time the jeep had 101 stored codes, none active. The checked a Bus harness for any issues and found nothing, and no other changes. They drove it around, no check engine light on, hand it back over. No active codes, nothing to fix.
Any advice would be appreciated, attempting to drive it back today.
