Good evening all, I love my diesel, no issues yet (knock on wood). Bought her back in July, I have 15k on her already. My commute is 54 miles one way, and im wondering if anyone could recommend any mods that can help me with the commute that will also not void the warranty? I want to make sure she goes 1M miles.

I can think of lots of mods. But I can't think of anything that would help your commute. Better speakers, maybe? Haha. Most of the go-to jeep mods kind of hurt fuel mileage and highway drive comfort.

My apologies, i should have been more explicit... performance mods. Also, i do jeep things with my jeep, not just commute.

A very broad subject. Again, my suggestion is to be conservative; match ground speed to tire size, look into options wherein the engine is allowed to breathe (see my threads), and avoid anything outside of good sense and reason.
Understood, I'm trying to find a good balance between jeep jeep, and commuter jeep.

Still, "jeep jeep" is dependent on the owner and their intent for the truck. What will YOU do with it? What is the purpose besides driving?
Do you want it to be a truck?
Do you want to tow?
Off road - and if so, mud? Rocks? Sand?
What you do will depend on how YOU will use it.
My changes are for Iowa winters, using it as a TRUCK, and towing, and fun. So my mods will be different than someone in FL or someone in CO or AZ.

Meh.

Perhaps after waiting 5 months and spending a premium for this I had different expectations, but I'm not impressed with the design.
I couldn’t live without it. My wife drives a JL and I had to get a second for hers for when I drive it.

Being able to push back and put some pressure on my back makes long drives much more comfortable for me.

I have no opinion. However, the factory intake is very good at filtration, as long as it can breathe. There are those here that think lowly of the KN product, and will produce stats to affirm their opinion. As for myself, oiled cotton works; it just isn't my bag, yet it has its place.
I had good results on a banks power cold air on a 6.0l diesel. Raised my mpg from 19 to 22. But when I did that the 6.0 was around for awhile. Just wanted to see if anyone else got a cold air for their JT diesel.

Anything but K&N filters. I've run them and have since removed them since doing some serious research.
Somewhere out there is a dyno test with K&N on a Ford pickup - showing a gain - albeit not a large gain, but at RPMs only racers would see - over 5,000 RPM
K&N filters let a lot of dirt through and don't last as many hours before they need attention. Their capacity to hold what they do catch is small.

If you don't run high RPM, rally race, or otherwise need every last tiny bit out of the engine maybe for towing maximum load and so on, I haven't seen proof such things help "daily drivers". A lot of anecdotal stuff out there - but no proof.

Keep in mind the 6.0 pulls through a lot of air - the 3.0 even with turbo - it's not like a huge engine pumping so much air through it's suffocating under normal conditions.

Freeing up breathing helps only at full throttle operation. At all other times you have something intentionally blocking part of your intake (the throttle).

And even then it really only makes a difference at high rpm and full throttle.

How much time do you spend at 5000 rpm and full throttle?

Save your money.
