Extended probe for CP4 fuel pump - Ecodiesel

Came across this video today. The initial probe into CP4 fuel pump failures now include all automakers that use it.
I just bought an ecodiesel and it's my first ever diesel. Hopefully I don't have issues with it. I didn't delve into the problem much but did notice most people recommending some additional lubricity additive to every fuel tank. I'm barely on my second tank and added Hot Shots EDT to it. Pump don't fail me now!!!

Do you use any lubricity fuel additives? I watched another video from HSS and they mentioned EDT + LX4 Lubricity extreme can be used together as a double preventative measure.

Hot Shots EDT every tankful here! One fuel pump at 4581 miles. Been good since then 33,800 miles and ticking.

Been using lubricity additives since the first tank of kerosene was burned - Opti-Lube & Hotshots?. Burnt a tank without it and it was noticeably different. More chatter without additive.
