Lol. Speak for yourself. This is front lower control arm on my tj last year. Had to have new one welded on.Good to know. Never had any issues with CA brackets on TJs or JKs before. Maybe the long wheelbase setting these up to be bashed more?
JT/JL brackets are significantly stronger than TJ and JK stock. The long wheelbase was causing me to hang my rear frame mounts up on rocks much more than I have been contacting the fronts.Lol. Speak for yourself. This is front lower control arm on my tj last year. Had to have new one welded on.
I do speak for myself. That sucks about your TJ but it’s after at least a decade and half of exposure to elements, rust and abuse. Seems like they lasted pretty long. Pretty different than a JT that is less than a year old.Lol. Speak for yourself. This is front lower control arm on my tj last year. Had to have new one welded on.
@Quadratec replied that there is no Gladiator listing. Not sure that kills the possibility. Might be able to use the front half of skid system with different brackets if the JT engine mounts are different than JL. Still searching.I dunno. I asked @Quadratec through their site.
I saw this. Pretty pricey too, cheaper than Artec but if Quadratec skids work that would be much cheaper. Here is the install on a JT.
Wasn't trying to insult you. I just laughed when I read your post because I did damage the lower control arm on my tj. I was able to get it fixed for $300. Love jeeps. I'm finally getting rid of my tj when my ordered gladiator comes in.I do speak for myself. That sucks about your TJ but it’s after at least a decade and half of exposure to elements, rust and abuse. No problem. Stuff does happen. Wondering if others have seen their JT rear CA brackets abused.Wasn't trying to insult you. For what it's worth, I hit a tree stump that I never saw. Stuff happens when off-roading.
Not suggesting them. The video shows the engine mounts are different between JL and JT.I saw this. Pretty pricey too, cheaper than Artec but if Quadratec skids work that would be much cheaper.
Gotcha. Thanks! Hoping for some light, affordable protection. Not suggesting them. The video shows the engine mounts are different between JL and JT.
