Hard Mopar tri fold has been pretty good. Most dealers seem to have coupons for parts ordered I got 15% off.. easy install.

I guess I'll be the sole advocate for the factory soft. Matches the premium soft top perfectly and the only thing I don't like about it is that it's not perfectly secure. That's not really possible with any soft cover, but this one is secure enough to keep honest people honest. I like how easy it closes, opens, the flip near the tailgate to open it just a little bit, how far it rolls up so that I have complete access to the bed. I just really like it.
With you in this as well....no issues at all, easy to roll up and down, no flapping, stuff is secure and I think it looks the best....
Just a question, how do the sides along the bed secure? Some folks have said there is no velcro along the sides. So I got to wonder, how do they lay flat, particularly in the wind/road speeds. I am considering one as well, but concerned about this.

They don't. Rubber runs the entire length of the bed and when the cover is pulled tight it creates a seal. It lays flat because it's pulled perfectly tight since it was literally made for the bed.

Had a soft cover on my Ram. My dad passed on his hard roll back cover because he bought a new one. After that, I said I would never go back to a soft cover again. Got the hard cover for my Gladiator and I love it. Fits flush and I have a better piece of mind as far as security is concerned.

It looks like the mopar one is made by Undercover. I opted the the undercover one because I didn't like the grain pattern in the mopar one. Either a good choice just personal preference. Unless money is an issue a hard cover is the way to go.

I mean... I went with a soft folding cover (Rugged Ridge) because it matches the premium soft top material. Money isn't the only factor

Anyone have photos of the hard mopar folded all the way up? Curious how it secures in the full open position? Is it easily completely removed. Mine should be here in a week or so hopefully. Just can’t wait!

I went with the soft Roll-Up cover, saw one on the dealer’s lot, it looks great, fits tight and locks when the tailgate is closed.
Cheers

Just got my Extang Solid Fold today. Amazon has it discounted over $100 right now. This is my second Solid Fold, had one for 6 years on my F-150, I wouldn't buy anything else. Strong enough to stand on, and can be completely removed or replaced in about 5 minutes.

Looks pretty good too!

Only downside to Mopar tri fold is lacking the ability to lock in the upright position to use the full bed.
