Bought my Gladiator November 2019 , no paint, just picked up my JL 3 weeks ago, nothing yet, actually had my dealer parts guy order me both, I think touch-up is now around $20 each

I got one with my leased 18 JL but sadly I never got one for my 2020 JT. Maybe because billet silver is more expensive

I got a free bottle of Gobi. Purchased Nov 2020, received paint Feb 2021. So 3 months later. Never reached out to Jeep cares. I was planning on buying one and then it unexpectedly came in the mail.

So like a mopar warranty? Max care? I didn't see anything about that in the warranty from mopar.

I did decide to check internally after a few forum members messaged me privately to make sure and sadly, our team here (Jeep Cares) is not offering free touch-up paint to customers. It is possible that some dealers are offering it with new purchases or after inquiry, but we wouldn't have insight into that. We recommend getting in touch with your preferred dealer to discuss any options that can be afforded.
Additionally, if anyone is experiencing paint concerns that they would like us to look into, please follow up in private message.

I could see 3 things -
Part of WAVE
Part of Dealership
Part of some warranty thing
(or some other FCA/MOPAR promotion making it 3.5 things)
So I keep looking for clues on the papers and boxes that people have posted here - and this one has dealership written all over it
I'll have to look back to see if this is only 2021 model year purchases, or if there's a time range in common of all the purchases that received the free paint.
There has to be something that everyone who got this has in common - or those who did not receive it have in common.

Yeah, I'm sure that's a Mopar-created item for your dealer to buy and send as a marketing message. If there's a UPC on it, google it, and it will usually tell you more about the item.

My JT is a 2020 model, just purchased later in the year. I purchased from a smaller/rural dealership, the salesman drove 45 mins to the airport, and back another 45 minutes in his personal JT to pick me up. They know I'm not going to service my vehicles there (1200 miles away). I already threw out the box, so I can't tell you much about it. Shipping label was slapped directly on that box, don't remember if it was FCA or my dealership address.
