Nobody makes decisions to send those to YOU, they have someone in the back office slapping stickers on boxes for all new buyers. I know my dealer has a care kit kinda like that for the high end stuff like $100k and up. I've been in the back of parts where they have pallets of them.

My JT is a 2020 model, just purchased later in the year. I purchased from a smaller/rural dealership, the salesman drove 45 mins to the airport, and back another 45 minutes in his personal JT to pick me up. They know I'm not going to service my vehicles there (1200 miles away). I already threw out the box, so I can't tell you much about it. Shipping label was slapped directly on that box, don't remember if it was FCA or my dealership address.
The dealership I bought my JT is 400 miles round trip from me. Even though it has FCA on the box maybe that is why?

All my dealership did was send me really bad pre-packaged pralines.

Hah, as a buyer of corporate products I sometimes get vendor gifts. Getting a junky, poorly thought out gift really helps warn me that the rest of my experience with them would be very similar. The one who sent a diecast version of my Wrangler in the same color I drive? Attention to detail.

can you get touch up paint for colors that are no longer sold/made? Would've been nice to send off some after purchase... might've pushed them up from a 9 to a 10, just sayin'

Yes, you can get colors going back many years.

Got one of these in the mail today. Like I saw mentioned, it's definitely a dealer based promotional item. It's got my name and Gupton's on it, and "keep in touch" written at the top.

Who gets these? Don't know but here are my facts:
- ordered in December 2020
- took delivery in February 2021
- registered for Jeep Wave
- purchased Out of State (TN)
- Jeep serviced once in KY (different dealership)
- recent case with Jeep Cares (was contacted about it about 1 week before package arrived)

Best guess:
People who purchased a vehicle from a dealership, and not yet recorded service at the same dealership. Prompting you to keep them in mind when you need service ("keep in touch", 2 coupons specific to the dealer, etc.). Guess I could ask Daniel.

I worked with getting NCP VPN solutions set up in our agency. I worked with their engineers, etc. Every holiday season I got a tin of fancy German chocolates. (NCP is a German security company)
The chocolates - GREAT. The tins - possibly collectible (after I'm dead, of course).

I wish, that would have been amazing.

As someone who hates chocolate, I'd just think, "that's nice." Wife likes chocolate.

Dark chocolate for me. It's healthier, too. One year it was really fancy cookies.
Having retired, I miss their gifts. Now I get nothing but bills in the mail.

I have had my gladiator for 18 months, no free paint, got my JLR 3 months ago, no paint. I always order a touch up when I buy a new vehicle. Have been buying new Jeep’s for 25 years, never got anything free.
