Where do the wires feed through? Site says no modification needed

The wires feed into the fender behind the factory fender vent. Like this:

how do you manually turn them on the white LED's? need to run a second set of wires with a switch?

Using the interior light switch on the dash, just roll the switch up until it clicks and that activates the courtesy lights.

I’m digging these but not sure momma would be happy with me dropping $200 for a set right now. Looks like you put some good R&D into them! Maybe if I get this 1st responder “hazard” pay the government is considering and survive this virus BS I will pick up a set. I think it will be a good seller for you guys. Gonna go out on a limb here but think I know the answer already;
With the proper wiring can it not also be used as a reverse light or even a semi-rock light?

Besides being old and my eye sight going, it’s nice to have extra white to the rear and sides (not during normal driving obviously).
I am on the vehicle committee at work and 90% of our incidents are night time backing. So now, when our vehicles go in reverse, the reverse, lightbar and alley lights all come on. Accidents have dramatically decreased.

If you added a secondary power wire with switch to the white LED lights, it should work fine. The light doesn't care where it gets power from.

Yep, exactly. If you tap the reverse light power rather than the dome light you will get this effect. If you want it to work for both the Dome light and Reverse light you can do that but will need to add a diode to prevent the power from back feeding into one another.
