Maybe you saw the Sport base model fenders. They have a filler trim that fills the gap between the front bumper and fender.Just started noticing what looks like a change to the front bumper on some advertising. Looks like the ends of the front bumpers are rising up to almost meet the front fenders. Anyone else seeing this?
It's basically for aerodynamics. The ones without it get less gas mileage. Those prevent air from getting inside the fenders and cause lag. I've noticed ones without them get 1-2 mpgs less. I know most of the Max Tow options came with them from what I can tell to offer more mpgs while towing.Ok, I had just never seen them before, and certainly not what came on my '21 Sport S/
If you’ve put on a stubby bumper what would be the point to modifying the trim?HIEE. Im new to the forum, not jeeps. But I usually get mine already built. I just got a 2025 Gladiator Nighthawk. I removed the big plastic bumper and have installed a stubby. Have yall seen any tips on modifying the Trim mentioned in this thread?
