Looking to do the fronts while I do the lift. Seems it's best to do them all at once opposed to later, and have to remove the front springs again, etc. Running 35s and going to the JKS 3" lift; would the JKS adjustable fronts give me any added benefit? I like the bolt-in option better seeing how once you go to the hydro bumps or anything further it requires you to cut the mounting housing, which I'd rather not get into.

I don't know if you need to replace bumps for a 3" lift and 35s
True, I've already got a set of Sumo springs for the back, and want things to be equal on all 4 corners. Factory is probably fine, but I'm upgrading things while I'm there.

What is your goal with the front bumpstops?

Which JKS adjustable bumps were you looking at?

What length shocks are you looking to run?

You don't really need to extend the bumpstops with your setup, but I would extend them 2" so you can run longer shocks.

It's more or less planning ahead...running the Fox 2.0 IFP 3" venture kit. I plan to upgrade down the road, but more or less wanted to do things while I'm there. Sumo springs don't involve cutting, these do, and seem like they could even out some rake? for the difference in price, they seem quality and useful for later down the road as well.

I have front Sumos and I'm really happy with them. I took them wheeling at Hidden Falls Adventure park shortly after install and I noticed a difference coming down rock ledges. They softened the bump quite a bit to where I really didn't even notice them at all which is kind of the point.

I agree, in that I like my sumo springs a lot. But not having the JKS bump stops, don’t know which is better. I do have the same 3ā€ JKS springs in front with Fox 2.0 shocks.

I have the hydraulic bump stop version sitting in a box for now. They recommend welding them in place. On yours. they don't mention any welding.

Its rather annoying JKS doesn't list the length of the bump stop extensions that come in their lift kit, or how much the acos extends the bump stops. The bump stop extensions look at least 2" longer if not more in the front, you could run the fox shocks designated for 3.5-4" lift to get a bit more wheel travel!

Without knowing the lengths of everything, and if you will need extra height in the front its a tough call. You may install the ACOS and realize you didn't need the extra height in the front and/or that it doesn't work ideally with your shock length. Also the ACOS isn't going to improve ride quality

I'm going to call and see what I get back.

I tend to agree with @NERokToy. Those appear to be adjustable spacers, that also act as bump stops. To me, they would only make sense over the sumo springs, if you’re looking for more height then the springs are giving you. Just my take.

Makes more sense to wait and see how it sits, or just go with the Sumos and be done with it. Thanks for the replies

I think so, but it’s yours. :)

Edit: Can’t wait to see before and after pictures. I’ve got 18,000 miles on my almost identical setup, and couldn’t be happier. And you’re getting nicer shocks. Jerk.
