Last year I brought my 2021 Willys in for an annoying chirp that occured when hitting bumps/small potholes, etc. After inspection, the tech informed me it was my front brake pads and that the tolerances were off. They replaced the pads (under warranty) and the issue was resolved. This past week, the chirping has returned. Anyone else dealt with this issue? Is it common? It's annoying as hell with the top and doors off.

Thanks in advance,
Scott

If it's not the tires making the chirp sound, it's definitely a metal moving on metal at contact kind of thing, and I bet that's more suspension related than brake related.

My front sway bar links chirp when hitting a bump just right. I've tightened them and it goes away for a while, then comes back. I'm planning on buying an aftermarket set.

Interesting. Thanks for the tip. That's an easy thing to do, worth doing either way.
