Are there any mesh tops to make shade for front and rear passengers yet? I have not found a firm answer on this after doing some searching. I only have seen JL ones that cover the front two passengers and the 4 door JL mesh tops look too long.

I just bought the front spiderweb shade, arrives today. You make me wish I would have gotten the full length one after seeing it on your Gladiator. I originally bought the Bestop front shade and it wouldn’t do well with freedom tops, so sent it back. Hopefully the spiderweb will allow better access.

Looks great though!

Also, the Spiderwebshade stays on under the Freedom tops. You can still get to all the latches pretty easily, just have to move the top out of the way a little. Here's a picture of it installed with the Freedom tops over it.

I got a Gearshade front shade within a couple days of picking up my JT, because I was headed to the OBX. I’m very happy with it. It has 2 zip pockets on the front corners. They aren’t huge but fit my wallet and phone in one while we were on the beach.
He now has full length shades listed on his site.

I also have full length spiderweb shade, mine works with my soft top. I also have to slightly move the front of the shade out of the way when securing the soft top to the windshield, but not difficult. My shade has held up just fine at 90mph on interstate. Best part, my forehead no longer looks like a lobster from driving to and from work in the Colorado sun.

Jtopsusa is releasing their Gladiator shade soon. Their fit and finish blows alienshade out of the water. I actually returned my alienshade and am not waiting on my jtop

Ok! Installed a Spiderweb Bikini Sunshade today. It was actually very simple to do. I did unscrew the 4 bolts holding the windshield to gain access as others have recommended. That made it very easy to hook the 4 front shade clips to the frame. I didn’t remove the windshield wipers and just had my wife hold the windshield about a foot off the frame while I hooked the clips. The sides and back connections were easy to attach with the pull strap provided in the kit. After everything was tight, screwed the 4 windshield bolts back and all done. Total installation took about 30 minutes and probably would only take 15 minutes the next time, now that I know what I’m doing. I then took the Gladiator out for a test ride. No flapping, nice shade from the sun and happy with this sun shade overall. Also, I’m 6’2” tall and it doesn’t touch my head (5-6 times inch clearance) as it goes over the bar top. I was able to get my freedom panels back in with the shade installed with no problems. It just takes a little more finagling and adjusting than before, but can be done.

Here are some pictures to help if you decide to install a spiderweb shade. Half or full length, the installation should be about the same. The windshield part takes the longest, but again simple to do with two people. If I could do it over, I would have definitely bought the full length shade instead of the Bikini front half only. Regardless, I highly recommend this company and fit for the Gladiator. Quality is good and has a 5 year warranty, also made in the USA!

Currently Spiderweb has 10% off with discount code JEEPLAB. Not sure how long before they change it, but the code worked for me.

I had their shade on my JKU, and the elastic ball straps were very easy to remove so that we could still be topless in a jiffy... Is the Gladiator version like that? Can you quickly undo the front and move it out of the way?

The elastic straps, yes. The front, not so much. The front clips are actually between the windshield and the frame so it requires unscrewing the windshield to remove.
