Gas capacity

So...thought it pretty odd when I filled up this morning. I was at a range of 10 miles and probably less than a 1/2 gallon of gas. LOL. I know....no need to judge. Anywho, filled up my tank but only got 19.2 gallons...and that was topping it off. I thought these had 22 gallon tanks? Am I missing something or just as dumb as I look?

If you have to ask........

What i believe (with no proof to point to) Is they program the fuel warning system to greater than actual. Sounds like about 20 gallons it will tell you its empty. I believe theres several not good things that can happen if you run dry.
