Those pictures were from a few hours ago; I'm not at the dealership at the moment. I called the salesman back to see if he could take a photo of the paint code for me so I could share it with everyone. Unfortunately, they already have it across the street for the bedliner. All he could say was, "It's definitely Gator."
Maybe we should call the color chameleon gator

Thanks for the pictures and hopefully you know I'm not trying to question you at all. I was just hoping it looked more green in natural light. In your opinion did it look more army/olive green in person than the more tan tones its showing the the posted picture?
Did you take delivery in Toledo or something to get it so fast?

I just can't imagine that Jeep would have 2 colors this close together in look, if this is truly a Gator. Seems ridiculous that they wouldn't go a few more shades towards green in it.

I feel the same way. It doesn’t look like this at all.

I would agree, yeah, it'll look more olive in person. I certainly wouldn't call it OD Green, though, which was what I was hoping for when I first saw the build site, but I have zero complaints with what I saw in person.

I took delivery at a dealer in Fredericksburg, VA (could qualify as Northern Virginia). Ordered on 10/01 and delivered on the evening of 10/22. I am also most interested in how it got here so quickly.

I got this picture Monday but thought it was 2 Gobi JT's. This is gator vs. Gobi. Looks pretty close in my opinion.

100% agree. That is certainly not the color I saw today. That exact build site color is what got me interested in Gator to begin with ... otherwise I would have gone with white ... but I've come to accept it and was happy with what it turned out to be. I'm hoping it'll get greener in lower light.

The way I see it, it's still a Gladiator and is the ugliest thing on the road ... which is exactly what I wanted.

When they first announced the color I was hoping for something a little more green too, but I think I am going to really like it even thought it is closer to tan/brown. I had debated between Gobi and Gator and finally seeing a photo of them side by side I think I made the right choice.

I bet it will look more green in person and in different light.

Dang, that is way closer than I thought, thanks for sharing. Not helping my decision, but I really appreciate all of you posting the pics so I have all the info. I wanted to order by Friday, but I am definitely going to need to see this in person
