Also, I did make the mistake of ordering a day too early. Daniel gets that order in quick. So if anyone happens to use Gupton and orders anything in black. Please order the paint matched hardtop and I’ll give you my textured stock one and 1k cash. I live across the street and apparently my order can’t be changed because it already has a vin#

have you ordered yet? I'm in CLT and looking to order soon. I was wondering who you've gotten the best deal with here locally.
I’d be interested to know what LKN would do on a custom order, just out of curiosity. With Travis at Tri-City, the quoted price on the bill of sale was what I paid when the OD came in. He gave me quotes at 5%/6%/7% under invoice.

I reached out to my contact at LKN to see if they could match the 8% this afternoon. Will update if I get a response.
Well I got a response from LKN. Not willing to budge at all on their pricing. Asked for the 8% off invoice plus incentives. Best they do is offer $2600 off MSRP on a Sport S. So only about 5% off MSRP plus the current incentives.

Would have thought they would have been willing to work with me knowing they always have a ton of JLs and JTs available. They avg 50 JTs alone in their lot. Largest selection I've seen.

Not yet. Was going to try Lake Nornan amd Kernersville this week actually. Mount airy is out. Horrible deal plus and extra $1600 for some sort of low jack system the put on all their vehicles.
Kernersville and LN are my focus because they work with custom shops that can potentially swap my gears and I can build into the financing.

Good luck with your search. Too bad LKN didn’t budge, especially given the extra financing you’d be doing with the custom work. I guess they are so big, they can wait and get what they want. Keep us updated on Kernersville. AMD if all else fails, you know you’ll get a straight up deal with Travis.

When people says 8% off invoice, do you mean 8% off MSRP? The invoice is about 5-6% below MSRP, and dealerships charge invoice. 8% off invoice would be about 13% off of MSRP/ the sticker price. My guess is these numbers include the bonus cash offer that Jeep offers and you really mean MSRP. Probably a Sales number game going on at some dealership.

My MSRP was 48495 my invoice is 46590 - 8% around 42800 plus tax and all the other fees. Around 46077 with 1000 deposit and another 10k down financing around 35k.

From what I have researched here is that select dealers are offering about 6% off INVOICE. Plus an additional 1% if you finance with Chysler and another 1% for tread lightly membership. Getting you your 8% off INVOICE. So yes about 12 to 13% off MSRP. Then from what I understand on top of that the FCA monthly incentives.

Look at a few of the dealerships that are sponsors. Tricity kind of breaks it down in their thread.

Those lucky folks that are walking away with keys at this price point - What do you think the biggest deciding factors were? Pre-approved financing, fat down payment, dashing good looks? I know I have 2/3 of these but just want to go in prepared as best as possible next month when mine gets delivered.
It's about finding the right deals. My truck had a $6900 mark down on it advertised and Jeep had a $2000 down payment assistance. Just did some math using the provided spreadsheet and with all my options the total invoice was $3330 below MSRP. So paying $5,570 below invoice yielded a 10.6% discount. Without the Jeep incentive it would be 6.8% below. My trade in car was actually worth more than what I paid for it new, by $1,200, since COVID has really disrupted the market. Without those two converging situations I would have just waited and ordered a JTR later on since I wasn't really in the market for a new truck. But, last I checked autotrader within 100mi there is 1 TRD Pro Taco, 11 ZR2, and over 200 JTR... so there were more than a few deals to find.

My best advice is to just look at past & present deals and just keep an eye out for something that just screams to you. That or call up a bunch of dealerships and tell them you've seen these deals on the interwebs and if they want to order you a truck at those rates they can earn your business.

To update my own thread I managed to walk out with 6% below. I give them hard examples of other dealerships pricing and they agreed to match
