Same. The factory Line-X is rough when you're back there. I did notice Bedrug offers a different adhesive kit when attaching to bed liner so that seems hopeful.

In the instructions it says to add about a 2 inch strip. I put more but it was probably too much. 2-3 inches should be enough.

Alright I'm a cheapskate and it seams like I buy somethining every week for this build. I'm debating if I want to carpet myself (I have some left over), spend $200 on a floor Bedrug, or $400 for a full bed Bedrug.

One thought occurred to me. Do I need to carpet the entire truck bed for insulation in cold weather?

What do you cold weather campers think? How cold does the truck bed floor get? I'm guessing the extra 3/4" foam on the Bedrug does a good job at insulating the floor and maybe the sidewalls too.

(I'm just trying to justify spending $400 on a full Bedrug. It sure looks nice?)

Heading to the River Road Jeep Run today from Glen Carbon to Grafton, Ill. It's a beautiful drive along the Mississippi River Bluffs, with a few detours for ferry crossings, breweries, and sightseeing. We had about 600 jeeps in the convoy last year. See you on the river!

I have abed rug and love it. Easy to crawl around on and everything in the bed stays put

Here's my pic of the day. This is what you get when you cross a CJ7 with a JKU. The owner loved Scramblers and Gladiator's but didn't have the cash, so he built his own! He put a CJ tub on a JKU frame, engine, and drivetrain. He even fabricated the back tub. I think it's awesome.
