Here's the Earthroamer XV-JP. They should have made a Gladiator version.

Here's one major debatable decision I made. I kept the freedom tops in when building my camper. I still love going open air. but I gave up a lot of camper room.

If I extended the bed over the freedom tops, I would be able to walk in the back of the camper without pushing up the bed platform.

Did I make the right decision? What would you do?

AEV Outpost II is also in my top picks for Jeep Campers!

I am really shocked that this never became more main stream. Perhaps it was before it's time, but I would think this would be a very competitive option especially considering some spend 3 times the cost on an earth roamer.

Here's a JL Camper I haven't seen before. Anyone read French?

This is really cool and it looks like a 'drop in' option that doesn't require any modifications!! I'm really shocked that nobody has come up with a production option for the Gladiator. With so much interest, it can't be a cost thing, the Alu-Cab is pushing 30K optioned out. I would have thought by now someone would have had a for sure method for creating even a bed replacement camper that ties into the cab with taking into account any amount of flex. Kinda how you did.

Anyone for Breakfast?

My Pecron 600 power supply is down to 45% after running the diesel heater 12 hours and running my electric skillet for Dinner and Breakfast. Not bad for such a small power supply.

An electric skillet is brilliant. I'm set for cooking when I take multiple people camping, but when it's just me the whole setup is overkill. I didn't think the electric skillets would run off a portable battery, but I found that brand you use that claims to be 600 watts, so well within reach of a battery. Nice! Thanks for the idea.

Yea, I love that little skillet. Just wipe it out with a paper towel when you're done. It's great for one person camping.

Oh, I've got one camping tip from a Boy Scout Leader. I love my omelets in the morning, but it's a pain to carry all the items separately. I just put three raw eggs, peppers, cooked bacon and ham in a gator aid bottle before I go camping. You can freeze it if you want. Just pour this in the skillet, and enjoy. No cracked eggs in the cooler!

This is still one of my favorite Jeep Campers (besides mine of course). Hard to believe it is a slide in for a Wrangler.

That's pretty nifty. Then there is this as well. Not a Jeep of course, but the idea is great. Man I sure wish someone would make something like this for the Gladiator. I might have to hop on over to the expedition portal forum and see about acquiring some composite panels.

I also ran across this a few days ago. I am hoping to make my RTT work once the fabric is replaced, but if it still is a no go, I likely will go this route and end up doing a full camper conversion.
