Just received an interesting call from the dealer. They told me that the extended main I bought with my 2021 JT Gladiator Diesel was something that they actually do not offer for the Diesel Thru Chrysler. They had me send a request for refund.

This maintenance was supposed to cover beyond the Standard free Jeep Wave maintenance program.

Anyone else hear this?

Dont do it.

They signed a contract. Now they want out.

Not your freaking problem. If its a Chrysler program, you are backed by Chrysler. The dealer is an agent for Chrysler, so if they screwed it up , again, not your problem.

This doesn't sound right, you shouldn't have to send a request for refund on something that supposedly they don't sell anymore. If it was me I would call Chrysler directly and ask them if this is legitimate before I do anything.

I agree, I would not do it. A contract is a contract. Plus something sound fishy.
