Granted I did not disconnect my sway bar(s), but I was playing around and got it as flexed as I could, and still never rubbed.

wow! Your daughter sure is a lucky gal! Besides wheel and tires, you should take it to a reputable stereo place. There is a custom under rear seat JT Gladiator sub box on ebay that fits two JL audio 10 inch subs, so you may wanna pick that up first as the stereo place quotes outrageous numbers for a custom box. Outfit that bad boy with a complete system, rims/tires/lift and she'll more than likely be over the moon.

-4:10 gear
My turn ! I'm following your thread since you've started it. 27 years military, currently based in Kingston. :) Jeeper since 1992.

Based on what you are looking for - and counting on your local dealer will be able to ORDER for you (because north of the border is kind of difficult...). I've built it from Jeep.ca:

JT Rubicon 2021 (so you got 4.10)
Automatic
White - got black fenders and black cloth seats
Dual Top group (so soft top, hard top and tonneau cover - comes in black) - she's going to enjoy it more than if it come w/only a hard top.
Cold Weather Group (heated seats, remote start)
Trailer Tow Package (useless going without)
UConnect 4 C NAV & Sound Group (as per her requirement)

Safety Group & Advanced Safety Group boxes are checked, as per your requirement. But personally I don't think is a necessity. You can shave 2400$ here, and the Glad is more than safe.

Spray-In bedliner (carrying her kit around will scratch the bed)
Steel Front Bumper (winch ready, stubby ready, a good base, better than the cheap plastic one or lot of aftermarket ones that look great in the states but will rust in a snap up here)

So that get you at 65K$ Jeep Gladiator

Next (another 5-7k$ or so) as per your request

- Mopar 2" lift kit.
- 35-37" tires, like BF GoodRich KO2 or GoodYear Duratrac. x5, you need to include the Spare tire. Maybe Falken got some too but I doubt it. They're good all-around, year-long, and double as good winter tires. In these size they got the hill/snowflake winter tire marking. Lot of people here on this forum won't have a clue about that and will propose other tires
- Mini-Taser to correct tire size on the speedo
- Good floor mats, either the Mopar ones or WeaterTech. With the winters we got, you need to get rid of the cheap carpets..
- and finally, look around for good neoprene/cordura seats covers - in TAN or BLACK. I had the Mopar ones before, expensive but they kept my original seats brand new look for +10 years. Some of them also got lattice in the back, example here:

https://www.truckjeepaddons.com/product/neo-seat-cvrs-rr-blktan-3/

Someone mention the employee pricing. Forget about it, especially for a 2021, that's apply to outgoing year models, and not all Gladiators trims were included. There is close to no incentive for Gladiators if you want to have one "made on order".

Wish you best of luck

Also. Based on pictures, looks like black fenders on sport gladiator look identical to rubicon fenders.

I’m torn. I feel like black fenders are better
My 2 cents on how I was thinking about options: If it's easy to buy and install aftermarket, skip the Mopar option. The main items I refused to pay Mopar for were the fenders ($700), steel front bumper ($800), and wheel upgrade ($1000!).

You can get some really sick looking fenders after market down the road. My plan is to put a couple years on the black vinyl, let them fade, and then switch to steel once more options are available.

Front Bumpers? Holy cow, there are so many options between $300 and $800

Wheels, spending $1000 on those Mopar 17" Rubicon Wheels is giving charity to Mopar. Options are LIMITLESS if you want to spend that much on 17" alloy wheels.

On the flipside....Cold weather package, Aux switch group, tow package, radio options....those are things I don't want to mess around with after market. I can install fenders. I don't want to install heated seats and a remote start system.

I do not agree - keep in mind were talking in canadian dollars here... and there is less available aftermarket part here up north, or it cost a kidney and a arm getting them from the U.S.

Fenders : Rubicon ones not only give more clearance, but also provide more coverage. Which is mandatory in most of our provinces... Metal ones suck, price too high to pay for what they offer, except if your jeep is an off-road only rig. Been down that road before...

795 CAD$ for the steel bumper is just all right... there is a lot of bumber in the 400-600 US$ that goes well over 800 CAD$ once shipped here... and most bumpers from the "big" aftermarket brands are known to rust in no time here. I don't know how winter looks for you in Delaware, but here it sucks. OP daughter is in the military, I can tell you most of our bases got harsh winters...

And 1000$ for the 4x alloy wheels, that is in the lowest bracket for what we have on the market here. Again, most products are import from the U.S., even if the aluminium is coming from here

That is why I said go Mopar. OP want a complete solution, street-worthy and light trail ready to make a surprise gift to his daughter, not a half-build jeep

Since white and Gobi are both light, I think that if you have a black top then you also need black fenders. That’s what I’ve got so I may be partial.
