I got zero complaints other than the continuous smile that stays on my face while driving. Makes people think I'm up to something.
You're driving a Jeep: Of course you're up to something!

8500 miles in less than 2 months, and the only issues are with my dealer (gonna find another soon.)

My first jeep 2020 Gladiator. 6000 miles in and I'm Still waiting on parts for the steering wander, leaking rear window, and yesterday I had the dreaded death wobble. Not what I wanted to deal with in a brand new vehicle. For whatever ita worth.
As far as waiting on parts goes right now one can not put blame on FCA. Everyone is waiting on parts for something right now. Heck it took me 4 mounts to get my Braun stick blender, 6 months now waiting on my shotgun to arrive.

Did you experience this death wobble with a stock JT?

Mines a lemon and I think a post I made may be the one you are referring too. My experience has been horrible. First visit at like 800 miles, check engine light first came on around 400 miles. The dealer I bought it from refused to provide a loaner until they checked the car to make sure it was covered under warranty, it was a 9 day wait I was told. I took it to another dealer who attempted repairs 3 times and each one failed. It was at the dealer a total of 48ish days. It’s spent as much time in the service department as my garage.
Do I think FCA is evil, not really. Do I think they give a crap about their customers, no not really. Jeep care and Jeep wave are useless if you really have a problem

But you have to think they sell thousands of cars; some people just like to complain, some people decide they don’t want to pay for it, some folks break stuff on purpose and so on. So when someone really has a legitimate issue they have to wade though all the BS. This takes forever and people end up making 3 payments for a car that’s not in their garage or isn’t working properly.
I have always wanted a Jeep and I was so excited to own one for about 800 miles. The Gladiator I bought will unfortunately be my first and last. I will never purchase another FCA product. I just want the car gone so I can buy something else.

Yours is one of various problem Gladiators in the Lemon Law stages I've read about. Frustrating.

And yep, I'm sure some people try to take advantage of the Lemon Law for reasons that may not fall into it. The CEL engine light/bad idles/needing engine replacements is serious.

Just as is what I've been going through with this Ram, fuel getting all over me and the truck every fill up, fuel spraying out of the tank neck, fuel nozzles getting stuck to the tank neck for a 20 to 30 minutes each time.

FCA shouldn't be dicking around and lolly gagging with their timelines with these more serious issues, yet they do.

It's nice to be reading some are having a great time with their trouble free Gladiators.

What are you thinking you will replace it with? Have you searched that make with the words Lemon Law after it? Doing so kind of makes you just want to get a bicycle for the replacement and call it a day.

Don’t let my bad experience or someone’s determine you getting the truck. It’s a cool platform it’s basically a convertible truck with endless customization options.
I plan on getting a GMC 1500 AT4 or SLT.

Some form of this question seems to come up every couple of weeks out here. If you're just looking in the "issues" sections of the forum, guess what, you'll read about all the issues! I in no way want to minimize some of the serious issues some have had. They sound terrible and maybe would turn me off on the JT as well, if they happened to me.

These trucks are in their first two model years, and even though much of their platform came from the wrangler, it's still a new model and we are all kind of Beta testers at this point. I love everything about mine, as do most others, especially on the forum. There are a few who've had some major issues, many who havent had any, and others able to get things like the steering box or leaky back window covered under warranty. I can't guarantee you'll love it and have no issues, but that is the most likely scenario.

A lot of folks on here treat FCA as the enemy and that they have atrocious policies and exchanges. 95% of the problems listed come from a one sided opinion and give new people bad taste that FCA is evil. I have had nothing but good experiences even on recalled items and have been a loyal customer since 1987 (yikes). recalled parts and buybacks are not uncommon and have to be treated as such. A lot of negativity will turn potential owners away. Constructive criticism and 2 sides to the story go a long way.

Long live FCA and loyal customers

Bruce
i have ours in for the third time for the P0300 and Jepcares is involved. They have been more than supportive. I get a Email from them at least 1 time a day sometimes more letting me know what is going on from their end. I hope my dealer gets our truck fixed but Jeepcares has been on top of things. I defiantly would consider another Jeep product if it came down to that.

I am being optimistic, should get my truck back today but here is my post from over the weekend.

'21 Mojave....beautiful day in the northeast, took the panels off. Hit the highway, engine was stuttering no power and engine light came on. Dropped off at dealer and misfire in cylinder 3, needed to leave it there and wait to hear back on monday. Wtf....$61k ordered from factory and engine issues after 1,300 miles????

So sad.....

Ugh. Hate to hear you're also dealing with an issue I see coming up too much in forums. What is the build date of your 21? So frustrating. I've got a 21 being built now. As I'm coming out of a Lemon Law buyback Ram, overly in tune to all the FCA BS and problems with just about any vehicle I look up and put in Lemon Law with.

So I call the service manager, steering stabilizer will not be in until Jan. Tell him I'm not comfortable having my wife drive around with the "death wobble". He gives me the 1-800 FCA number. 20 min on the phone with them. They tell me my case will be handed off to a specialist, and I should get a call within the next buisness day!
Am I crazy to want either an expedited repair or a loaner for this? The steering wander parts have been on order for over a month, now this.
Love my jeep but his is getting old.
